MSRDI maintains a comprehensive analytical laboratory designed to provide prompt and accurate analyses. The laboratory can facilitate up to 150 samples per shift along with a turn around time from 24-hours to five days. Quality control is an essential part of assaying procedure via reference samples analysis and solution standards. For further quality control, a minimum of five percent of the samples received are also assayed in duplicate. Analytical results are certified, signed and sealed by an Arizona Registered Assayer.
The MSRDI sample preparation facility is equipped to handle all types of samples including cores and cuttings, test products and rock samples weighing from several pounds to several tons. As there are no two similar ore types, sample preparation may involve different preparation requirements since results are only as good as the sample preparation itself is. MSRDI prides itself on the individual care, attention and treatment taken in preparing samples for analytical determinations and metallurgical testing.
All analyses are run by the most suitable method available for samples at hand. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate analytical procedures, unless a particular method has been pre-specified.
